About

Dr. Amanda Dyer opened Studio Smiles intent on providing superior dental care to meet her patients’ needs, all within a comforting and supportive environment.

She received her dental degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and went on to serve for seven years in the United States Navy. During that time, she completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, served and deployed on the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D Eisenhower CVN 69, and received her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. She also provided care and taught at Naval Station Great Lakes and Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center. After serving, Dr. Dyer went on to private practice before opening her own office.  

When she is not focusing on your smile, Dr. Dyer loves to prioritize family time with her husband, two boys, and their beloved rescue dog, Brian. She also enjoys movies, gardening, and traveling.
